Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming, in-process, and final machined components.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications.

• Perform dimensional inspection using precision measuring instruments.

• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.

• Identify defects and coordinate with production for corrective actions.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer requirements.

• Conduct first-piece approval and final inspection.

• Participate in root cause analysis and implement CAPA.

• Support customer audits and internal quality audits.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality systems (if applicable).

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of CNC machined components inspection.

• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Vernier Caliper

  • Micrometer (Inside & Outside)

  • Height Gauge

  • Bore Gauge

  • Dial Gauge

  • Thread Plug & Ring Gauges

  • Slip Gauges

  • Surface Plate

• Basic knowledge of SPC, 7 QC Tools, and CAPA.

• Good documentation and reporting skills.

• Knowledge of MS Excel and quality documentation.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
