Quality Inspector

We are looking for a Quality Inspector to join our team at Catalydd Engineering & Consulting Services. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹24,000 - ₹28,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Experience in product inspection (visual and dimensional).
2. Hands-on experience in handling measuring instruments such as Vernier callipers, micrometres, attribute gauges, etc.
3. Strong knowledge of inspection and measurement techniques.
4. Good understanding of Die Casting parts defects.
5. In-depth understanding of Quality Plans.
6. Ability to perform inspection activities independently

Job Description

1. To perform 100% visual inspection for the Final inspection and gauging inspection on sampling basis.
2. Sorting the OK & Not OK parts.
3. Moving out the non-conforming parts with identification.
4. Updating the rejection details to the reporting person.
5. Periodic updatation of inspection logs.
6. Checking parts with gauges, Vernier Calliper Micrometer and attribute gauges.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 years - 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
