We are looking for a Quality Inspector to join our team at Bluestaff's India Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16,000 - ₹22,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished steel products to ensure quality standards are met.

• Perform dimensional inspections using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and Measuring Tapes.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.

• Inspect welding, fabrication, and assembly work for defects and compliance.

• Identify quality defects and report non-conforming products.

• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.

• Coordinate with the production team to resolve quality-related issues.

• Conduct final inspection before dispatch to ensure product quality.

• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, ISO procedures, and safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0- 1years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
