✅ Quality Management

• Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and standards

• Ensure compliance with quality systems like ISO 9001 / IATF 16949

• Monitor product quality and reduce defects

✅ Audit & Compliance

• Handle internal and external audits

• Manage customer audits and certifications

• Ensure closure of audit findings and non-conformities

✅ Process Improvement

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean)

• Implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)

• Analyze root cause and improve process efficiency

✅ Customer Handling

• Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution

• Maintain strong customer quality relationships

✅ Supplier Quality

• Monitor and improve supplier quality performance

• Handle PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) submissions

• Conduct supplier audits

✅ Team Management

• Lead and mentor quality team

• Conduct training on quality standards and tools

• Coordinate with production, design, and other departments

✅ Documentation

• Maintain SOPs, Quality Manuals, and Inspection Reports

• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping

🔹 Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of quality tools (7 QC Tools, RCA, FMEA)

• Hands-on experience with audits and compliance

• Good leadership and team management skills

• Strong problem-solving ability

• Excellent communication and reporting skills

🔹 Qualification

• B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field

• Certification in Quality Management (preferred)

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
