Quality Executive

1. Implementation of the quality standards and parameters in process and packing department

2. Closely Inspection of in process glasses as per the Work order

3. Controlling on rejection by timely monitoring in process glasses

4. Controlling of breakages with why-why analysis

5. Decision making in the case of rejection / Hold

6. Active Part in Mock Up Sample inspection

7. Daily check sheet & documents control

8. Support to rework the defected glass / GRN etc.

9. Control on deviation

10. Maintain defected material aside as QC Hold/ Reject

11. Maintaining Quality Culture inside plant.

12. Active participation in 5 S Kaizen etc. activity

13. Monitor all are wearing Safety PPE’s in the factory premises

14. Making defective glasses claim to the concern supplies

15. Train operators / awareness for quality product and machine parameters

16. 100% system compliances in shift

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
