We are looking for a Quality Control Manager to join our team at R.S. Profiles Private Limited. The role involves maintaining quality standards on the production floor, production scheduling, and customer interaction and complaint resolution. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain records and manage audits
Maintain Quality Standards on shop floor
Ensure safety and quality standards are followed
Collaborate with teams for tool improvements and new mold trials
Handle Customer interactions and complaint resolution
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 4 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
