Job Summary:

The Quality Executive is responsible for ensuring that all materials, processes, and documentation meet required quality standards. The role includes inspection, documentation, coordination with clients and manufacturers, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Checking Test Certificates (TCs).

• Reviewing other documents related to materials.

• Preparing Material Inspection Reports (MIR) and testing letters.

• Preparing and maintaining inspection files.

• Developing Inspection Test Plans (ITP).

• Checking technical documents of clients and manufacturers.

• Endorsing Material Test Certificates (MTCs).

• Coordinating for quality-related activities.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Knowledge of NDT and testing of piping materials.

• Understanding of ASME, ASTM, API, BN, ISO standards.

• Knowledge of SI & CI units and conversions.

• Understanding of measurements and tolerances.

• Good documentation skills.

Qualification:

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Experience:

1-3 years in QA/QC or Quality Inspection.
