The R&D Electronics Engineer will be responsible for circuit design, hardware development, embedded systems programming, prototype testing, and product development activities. The candidate will work closely with senior engineers in developing innovative electronic products and communication systems for telecom, defense, industrial, and transportation applications.
Key Responsibilities
Electronics Design & Development
Design and develop analog and digital electronic circuits.
Assist in new product development and prototype creation.
Develop and test communication and control system hardware.
Perform circuit simulation, component selection, and design validation.
Create schematics and support PCB design activities.
Embedded Systems Development
Develop firmware using C/C++.
Write Python scripts for testing, automation, and data analysis.
Work with microcontrollers and embedded platforms.
Integrate sensors, communication modules, and control systems.
Testing & Validation
Perform hardware debugging and troubleshooting.
Conduct product validation and performance testing.
Use laboratory equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Spectrum Analyzers, and Logic Analyzers.
Analyze failures and implement corrective actions.
Research & Innovation
Study emerging technologies in Telecom, IoT, Embedded Systems, AI-enabled Devices, and Industrial Electronics.
Participate in feasibility studies and proof-of-concept developments.
Support indigenous product development initiatives.
Documentation
Prepare technical reports and design documentation.
Maintain test records and product specifications.
Create engineering change notes and development records.
