We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer to join our team at Nice Neotech Medical Systems Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0 - 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform quality inspections of raw materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products against specifications and standards.
Develop and follow inspection checklists, SOPs, and test procedures to ensure consistent quality.
Conduct functional testing, dimensional checks, and equipment calibration to verify accuracy.
Record and maintain inspection reports, quality logs, and non-conformance records.
Support root cause analysis (RCA) and assist in implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Coordinate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and reduce defects.
Monitor and verify process parameters, environmental conditions, and cleanroom protocols (if applicable).
Assist in supplier quality inspections and evaluation of incoming materials.
Ensure compliance with ISO – and company quality standards.
Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing rework, improving yield, and enhancing product reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and maintain customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical, or related field).
· 0–3 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance in a manufacturing or product-based industry.
· Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, testing methods, and measuring instruments.
· Ability to prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, and quality documentation.
