Exposer of inspection machined component.
Exposer of Set up approval of machining component i.e. manufactured from HMC/VMC/turning/honing/grinding etc.
Exposer to operating CMM/ roundness tester/ finish tester/ profile projector.
Exposer of layout inspection of the parts and assemblies.
Ability of rejection analysis.
Knowledge about assembly and testing process.
Exposer of quality problem solving tool.
Knowledge about SPC, MSA, PPAP etc.
Knowledge about machining process.
Positive attitude and good learner.
