Job Title: Quality Engineer

Location

📍 Bakrol, Ahmedabad

Job Timing

🕘 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary

💰 ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Responsibilities

Ensure products meet quality standards, drawings, and specifications

Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and final products

Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and checklists

Identify quality issues and coordinate with production for CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions)

Monitor and reduce rejection and rework

Ensure proper use of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.)

Support internal and external quality audits

Implement and maintain quality systems and procedures

Coordinate with customers for quality-related issues and feedback

Required Qualifications & Skills

BE / BTech / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Quality Engineering

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Knowledge of quality tools and inspection techniques

Familiarity with ISO standards and documentation

Understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes

Good analytical and communication skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in fabrication, machining, welding, or assembly inspection

Knowledge of 7 QC tools, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methods

Hands-on experience with calibration and gauge control
