Key Responsibilities

Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

• Inspect and verify incoming raw materials and components.

• Ensure supplier materials meet specified quality standards.

• Maintain incoming inspection records and coordinate with suppliers for non-conforming materials.

In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality parameters.

• Conduct stage-wise inspections during manufacturing.

• Identify process deviations and recommend corrective actions.

• Minimize rejection and rework through effective quality monitoring.

Final Quality Inspection (FQC)

• Perform final inspection and testing before dispatch.

• Verify product dimensions, appearance, functionality, and performance.

• Approve finished goods for packaging and shipment.

Testing & Validation

• Perform electrical, mechanical, and functional testing as per specifications.

• Calibrate and maintain testing equipment.

• Ensure all test reports are accurate and properly documented.

Quality Documentation

• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test reports, CAPA records, NCRs, and quality records.

• Maintain quality documentation in accordance with ISO and company procedures.

• Root Cause Analysis

• Investigate customer complaints and internal quality issues.

• Conduct root cause analysis using quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and Pareto Analysis.

• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Process Improvement

• Work with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve product quality.

• Recommend process improvements to reduce defects and improve productivity.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing.
