We are looking to onboard a highly experienced Plant Manager for our Casting Unit. The role demands strong leadership with end-to-end responsibility of plant operations along with commercial understanding.

🔹 Experience Required: 10–15 years in Casting / Foundry / Manufacturing Industry

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Complete plant operations & production management

• Strategic planning & process optimization

• Team leadership & manpower management

• Quality control & dispatch execution

• Client coordination and support in sales growth
