Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process and final quality inspections of fabricated and welded components.

• Perform welding inspection and ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Carry out paint inspection, including surface finish and basic DFT inspection.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T.

• Inspect fabrication processes and identify quality issues or deviations.

• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and other inspection tools.

• Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.

• Identify root causes of quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions.

• Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.

• Ensure compliance with defined quality standards and procedures.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Welding Inspection & Fabrication Processes

• Knowledge of Paint Inspection

• Good Engineering Drawing Reading & GD&T knowledge

• Knowledge of basic measuring instruments

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills

• Basic knowledge of quality tools and documentation

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
