Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure quality standards.

• Conduct quality checks as per company specifications and required standards.

• Identify and report defects, quality issues, and deviations.

• Maintain quality inspection records and prepare daily/monthly quality reports.

• Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.

• Ensure proper documentation of inspection and testing activities.

• Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality requirements.

• Assist in handling customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.

• Maintain proper records of rejected, reworked, and approved materials/products.

• Follow company quality procedures and safety guidelines.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Internet.

• Ability to prepare and maintain quality reports in Excel.

• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

• Basic knowledge of quality inspection and manufacturing processes.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma/B.Tech/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a relevant technical field.

Candidates with good knowledge of Excel, Word, email, and internet-based work are preferred.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
