KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Quality Management System (QMS)

• Develop SOPs, Control Plans, Work Instructions, and traceability system (heat wise / batch wise)

• Supplier & Process Quality Control

• Root Cause Analysis & Continuous Improvement

• Customer Complaint Resolution

• Knowledge of Quality Tools & Implementation : 7 QC Tools, 8D, FMEA, CAPA, SPC, MSA, 5 Why, Fishbone, 5S, Lean.

• QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Metallurgy) or relevant field / B.Tech in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering .

Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years in Quality Assurance / Quality In charge within Copper Manufacturing Industry.
