KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Develop a robust Quality Management System
 Ensure the quality of all dispatched items is maintained as per
the designated AQL levels
 Guide the Quality Supervisor to conduct the final random
sample checking at the end of an order completion
 Ensure all quality issues are addressed before the final
packing of all cartons is done and goods are moved out of the
factory premises
 Ensuring all the incoming raw material and processed material
is checked for quality issues and feedback given to the vendor
accordingly.
Adherence to the Systems
 Comply with reporting requirements as per the SOP

 Quality ratings for all orders (As per
Final Inspection Report)
 Quality Reports of all incoming
material

5. Communication & Working Relationships:
Internal :
 Reporting relationships with the MD
 Guiding relationship with the Quality Supervisor
 Ongoing relationship with Procurement Team and Factory Managers
External :
 Communications with quality personnel from customers’ end to understand their expectation
6. Decision Making:
 Final decision for reconsidering a shipment for 100% check after it fails to fulfil the AQL levels
 Final decision for accepting the sub-standard incoming material
7. Competencies:
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Sharp analytical skills and capability of resolving quality issues with minimum effort
