📌 POSITION DETAILS

Position: Quality Assurance Engineer
Location: Waghodia GIDC, Vadodara
Industry: Medical Equipment / Medical Device Manufacturing
Qualification: B.E. Mechanical
Experience: 2–3 Years
Preference: Candidates from Medical Equipment / Medical Device Manufacturing
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

🏭 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct in-process and final quality inspections of medical equipment and precision components.

• Ensure products meet defined quality standards, specifications and customer requirements.

• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports and records.

• Monitor production processes to maintain consistent product quality.

• Identify defects and coordinate with the Production team for corrective action.

• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality issues.

• Support implementation and monitoring of CAPA – Corrective and Preventive Actions.

• Ensure compliance with applicable ISO, regulatory and safety requirements.

• Handle and investigate customer complaints related to product quality.

• Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.

🛠️ REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance / Quality Control concepts.

• Experience in medical-related manufacturing will be preferred.

• Good knowledge of ISO standards and quality documentation.

• Knowledge of inspection tools and measurement instruments.

• Good understanding of RCA, CAPA and corrective actions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interdepartmental coordination abilities.

⭐ CANDIDATE PREFERENCE

• B.E. Mechanical candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience.

• Candidates with Medical Equipment / Medical Device Manufacturing experience will be given priority.

• Candidates residing in Waghodia or nearby areas will be preferred.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
