Quality Assurance Executive

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to join our team at Fmcg. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance & Control

- Inspect and approve incoming raw materials

- Monitor product quality across all SKUs

- Conduct routine quality checks (moisture, freshness, contamination)

2. Food Safety & Hygiene

- Implement GMP & GHP practices

- Ensure staff hygiene compliance (gloves, caps, sanitation)

- Maintain cleaning, pest control, and hygiene records

3. Regulatory Compliance (FSSAI)

- Ensure all labels meet FSSAI requirements

- Maintain documentation for audits and inspections

- Support and manage FSSAI visits

4. Packaging & Shelf-Life Management

- Standardize packaging materials and processes

- Monitor shelf life and prevent spoilage/rancidity

- Improve packaging efficiency and product stability

5. Process Optimization

- Streamline repacking workflow (sorting to sealing)

- Reduce wastage and improve productivity

- Recommend and implement process improvements

6. Product Standardization & Development

- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and quality

- Assist in developing new snack products

- Maintain standard recipes and specifications

7. Documentation & Record Keeping

- Maintain batch records, QC logs, and compliance documents

- Ensure full product traceability

Qualifications

- B.Tech / B.Sc in Food Technology or related field

- 1–3 years experience in food processing / FMCG / repacking preferred

- Strong knowledge of FSSAI regulations and food safety standards
