Quality Assistant

We are looking for a production supervisor to join our team at Parasrampuria Engineers Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16,500 - ₹20,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.

• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.

• Identify defects, non-conformities, and process deviations.

• Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

• Support internal and external quality audits.

• Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues.

• Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review.

• Maintain calibration records of inspection and testing equipment.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve process efficiency.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
