Job Description: Quality Assistant (Manufacturing Industry)

Industry: Manufacturing

Job Title: Quality Assistant

Experience Required: 0-1 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Perform inspection of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods

Assist in maintaining quality standards across manufacturing operations

Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities and report to the quality team

Maintain and update quality records, inspection reports, and documentation

Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues

Assist during internal and external quality audits

Ensure compliance with ISO and customer quality requirements

Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

Ability to work independently and in a team
