· Coordinate implementation of Food Safety Management System (FSMS)
· Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO 22000, and internal standards
· Maintain FSMS documentation, SOPs, and records
· Coordinate HACCP team meetings and actions
· Monitor implementation of GMP and GHP
· Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
· Support internal and external audits
· Coordinate training programs on food safety and quality
· Maintain document control and revision status
· Report FSMS performance to top management
· Assist in customer complaint investigation
· Support product recall and traceability activities
· Conduct Internal Audit
· Handle customer complaints and corrective actions
