PURCHASE MANAGER – ELECTRONIC DEVICES

Location: Delhi/NCR
Work Mode: Work from Office + Field Visits

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing procurement of electronic components, PCB-related materials, electrical items, sensors, display units, connectors, cables, and other components required for manufacturing and servicing of electronic/industrial devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end purchase of electronic and electrical components and materials.

• Source and develop reliable vendors for electronic components, PCB, sensors, displays, connectors, cables, ICs, and related items.

• Collect and compare quotations and negotiate price, quality, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with R&D, Production, Store, Service, Accounts, and Management for material requirements.

• Verify technical specifications, part numbers, quantities, and quality requirements before placing orders.

• Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery and resolve quality, shortage, replacement, and technical issues.

• Conduct field/market visits for supplier development, price comparison, material sourcing, and vendor meetings.

• Maintain purchase orders, quotations, vendor records, material specifications, and procurement documentation.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment of critical components.

• Identify alternate suppliers and cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

• Ensure all purchases are made as per company policies and approved requirements.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Graduate/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred.

• Relevant experience in purchase/procurement of electronic components will be preferred.

• Basic understanding of electronic components, PCB, sensors, displays, connectors, cables, ICs, etc.

• Strong negotiation, vendor management, follow-up, and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/purchase software.

• Willingness to travel for vendor/market visits.

• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
