Purchase Manager

K9HR SOLUTIONS, Jahanvee Patel, HR Manager (+91 93134 24062) is Looking for Purchase Manager. Who is Responsible for managing procurement activities, Including sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, And ensuring timely availability of materials for Production. The role involves creating and issuing Purchase orders, uploading POs to Miracle (ERP system), maintaining strong relationships with vendors, and Tracking dispatch details to ensure on-time delivery. It also includes coordination with production teams, maintaining optimum inventory levels, and driving cost optimization. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for counting and inspecting materials upon arrival to ensure quality and quantity compliance with purchase specifications.

Job Specification:

1. 4+ years of experience in purchase/procurement

2. Experience in manufacturing industry (transformer/electrical industry preferred)

3. Good knowledge of vendor management and supply chain processes

4. Ability to handle vendors and ensure smooth material flow for production

5. Strong negotiation and communication skills

6. Knowledge of MS Excel and Miracle Accounting Software

7. Ability to create and manage Purchase Orders (PO)

8. Strong vendor development and coordination skills

9. Good understanding of inventory management (key skill required)

10. Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi, English, and Gujarati

11. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

12. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

13. Cost-conscious mindset with focus on saving and optimization

14. Ability to handle multiple vendors and follow-ups simultaneously

15. Basic understanding of material costing and price trends

16. Good coordination skills with production, stores, and accounts teams Problem-solving attitude and quick decision-making ability High level of integrity and accountability (important for handling company funds & vendors)
