We are looking for a Purchase Manager to join our team at Dollar Company Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹40,000 - ₹55,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Position: Purchase Manager

  Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)

  Experience: Minimum 7 years in raw material and packing material procurement within the pharmaceutical industry

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure raw materials and packaging materials in line with production requirements

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels as per production plans to avoid overstocking or shortages

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery

  • Handle vendor onboarding and approval processes in compliance with company and regulatory standards

  • Conduct or coordinate vendor audits as necessary to maintain supplier compliance

  • Work closely with the production team to understand and meet material needs

  • Manage procurement activities using ERP/SAP systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency

  Required Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical raw and packing material procurement

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and production planning coordination

  • Experience with ERP or SAP systems

  • Exposure to RM and PM procurement in both regulated and non-regulated markets.

  • Vendor management, negotiation, and audit expertise(MHRD, WGMP, and FSSAI regulations)

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
