Job Title: Assistant Purchase Manager
Job Summary:
Assist in procurement of raw materials and consumables required for sheet metal fabrication, ensure timely material availability, manage vendors, and support cost-effective purchasing.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and purchase MS, SS, CRCA, HR sheets, fasteners, and fabrication consumables.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) based on purchase requisitions.
Obtain and compare supplier quotations and negotiate prices.
Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
Maintain vendor database and supplier relationships.
Coordinate with production, stores, and accounts for smooth material flow.
Maintain purchase records and ensure documentation compliance.
