Job Responsibilities: 1) Using Tally for Stores and Purchase Work 2) Knowledge of all Child parts 3) Vendor Party Follow-up 4) New Vendor Development 5) Negotiating with Vendors for Rates 6) Improvements in systems and work to be done 7) Process Improvements 8) Stock Tracking 9) Tracking of all Pending Requisition and PO 10)Researching, selecting, and maintaining relationships with vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and quality.11) Leading contract negotiations to ensure cost savings and compliance with legal requirements. 12)Developing procurement strategies and policies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.13)Monitoring stock levels to ensure continuous operations while minimizing excess inventory 14)Analyzing data to optimize purchasing workflows and identify cost-saving opportunities. 15) PO making in Excel and Tally with PO tracking and PO updating in Excel. 16) Party Wise Material Tracking 17)Material Counting system to be implemented 18)MSL level to be maintained 19)Requirements of Quick Nagpur to be tracked.
