We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our team at Universal HR Solutions. The role is for the Purchase Executive position. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹25000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

1- Evaluating suppliers based on delivery speed for their products and services, price, and quality.

2- Interviewing vendors and visiting supplier distribution centres and plants to examine and learn about prices, products, and services.

3- Attending conferences, trade shows, and meetings to network with suppliers and learn about new industry trends.

4- Analysing financial reports, price proposals, and other information used to determine reasonable pricing.

5- Negotiating contracts for the organization and working out agreements with suppliers for product delivery.

6- Meeting with vendors and staff to discuss unacceptable and defective products and establish corrective action.

7- Evaluating and monitoring contracts to ensure suppliers and vendors are complying with terms and conditions.

8- Assisting in the procurement of materials and equipment for Civil, Architect and Testing projects, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.

9- Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and timely deliveries.

10- Maintaining and reviewing records of inventories, product performance, deliveries, costs, inward/outward material entries, items purchased, and stock management.

Skills Required:

1. Good communication skills and Supplier handling experience.

2- Must have good command of English & Local language.

3- Computer literacy with MS Office, write & draft Letters & E-mails, sending offers, and Technical Quotations.

4- Knowledge of local market rates and materials.

5- Time Management & Team Work.
