JOB VACANCY – PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and purchasing activities for railway projects.

• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, and material availability.

• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on material deliveries.

• Negotiate prices and payment terms with suppliers.

• Maintain purchase records, invoices, and related documents.

• Coordinate with site teams, Accounts, and Management.

• Ensure timely delivery of materials at project sites.

• Perform other purchase-related tasks assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.

• Vendor coordination and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
