🚀 We’re Hiring: Purchase / Procurement Engineer – Manufacturing Industry

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase / Procurement Engineer to join our team. If you have experience in the manufacturing or production industry, especially in fasteners, and enjoy working with vendors, materials, and cost optimization, we’d love to connect with you.

📍 Location- Greater Noida

Experience: 2–3 Years

💰 Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month

🎓 Qualification: Graduation

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery reliability, and technical capability.

• Vendor Development: Develop reliable vendors for raw materials and subcontracting services such as heat treatment, plating, tooling, and machinery.

• Procurement Process: Manage end-to-end purchasing activities including Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and delivery coordination.

• Cost Optimization: Negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards.

• Technical Compliance: Review engineering drawings and specifications to ensure materials meet required standards.

• Inventory Control: Maintain optimal stock levels and implement JIT practices in coordination with stores.

• Quality Assurance: Work closely with the quality team to resolve supplier non-conformance and maintain supplier performance.

🧠 Required Skills

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP MM / Tally) and MS Excel

• Good negotiation and vendor management skills

• Knowledge of quotation processes in manufacturing
