Purchase Trainee

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Trainee to join our Procurement team. The candidate will assist in sourcing materials, vendor coordination, purchase order processing, and inventory management while gaining hands-on experience in the Industrial Automation and Control Panel Manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and processing Purchase Orders (POs)
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations and deliveries
• Follow up on material dispatch and delivery schedules
• Maintain purchase records and documentation
• Support inventory and stock management activities
• Compare vendor quotations and prepare reports
• Assist in sourcing electrical and automation components
• Coordinate with Stores and Production teams for material requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma (B.Com, BBA, MBA, Supply Chain, Commerce, Engineering or related field)
• Freshers can apply
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn procurement and supply chain processes
