JOB DESCRIPTION – PURCHASE EXECUTIVE (MALE)

Location: Ecotech 12, Greater Noida
Industry: Manufacturing
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000
Experience: 2–4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and select vendors/suppliers as per company requirements.

• Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and comparative statements.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective procurement.

• Maintain updated records of materials, suppliers, pricing, and delivery timelines.

• Coordinate with production, store, and quality teams to fulfil material requirements.

• Track inventory levels and ensure timely purchasing to avoid stock shortages.

• Follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery and resolve delays or discrepancies.

• Ensure all purchased materials meet required quality standards.

• Manage documentation, invoicing, GRN, and purchase-related records.

• Assist in developing procurement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field (preferably Supply Chain/Commerce).

• 2–4 years of experience as a Purchase Executive in a manufacturing industry.

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

• Good knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
