# Job Description – Purchase Executive

Position: Purchase Executive

Location: Sonipat, Rai

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

## Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the store and ensure proper organization of materials.

• Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock.

• Handle material receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance.

• Maintain stock registers and update inventory records regularly.

• Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile stock discrepancies.

• Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments regarding material requirements and stock availability.

• Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and other store-related documentation.

• Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and safe storage of materials.

• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the store.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures related to inventory and material management.

• Prepare daily and monthly inventory and stock reports.

• Work on ERP/software systems for inventory management, wherever required.

## Requirements

• Graduate or relevant qualification preferred.

• Experience in store and inventory management will be preferred.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to maintain accurate stock records and documentation.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
