About the Company:

Unique Fragrances is a leading export house dealing in FMCG products, known for delivering quality and consistency in international markets. We are currently looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our Purchase team.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of materials

Make and manage follow-up calls with suppliers and clients

Handle payment follow-ups with vendors and ensure timely disbursements

Assist in client coordination related to orders and deliveries

Maintain records and databases using basic computer tools (MS Excel, Word, etc.)

Perform basic calculations related to purchasing, pricing, and billing

Support the Purchase Executive in day-to-day operations

Requirements:

Education: Commerce or Maths stream preferred

Experience: Freshers or 1–2 years of relevant experience (preferred)

Skills:

Good communication and follow-up skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)

Comfortable with number-based tasks and vendor/client interaction

Strong coordination and organization ability

Work Location:

Pawne, MIDC, Navi Mumbai

(On-site work, 6 days a week)
