Should have computer Knowledge ,Should have good communication skills, Handle purchase planning and procurement of materials, Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors/suppliers, Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records, Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms , Follow up for timely delivery of materials, Maintain accurate inventory and stock records, Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering when required, Track inward and outward material movement, Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits, Coordinate with stores, accounts, and operations teams, Prepare MIS and inventory reports, Ensure proper documentation and compliance processes.
