Job Title: Purchase Assistant

Location: Gordhan Thal, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on experience)
Joining: Immediate
Experience: 1–3 years (6 Month experience candidate can apply)

Job Role:

We are looking for a Purchase Assistant to support our procurement team. The role involves handling vendor coordination, purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in purchasing products, packaging materials, and other supplies

• Collect quotations from vendors and compare prices

• Help in negotiating with suppliers for better rates

• Prepare and maintain purchase orders and records

• Follow up with vendors for on-time delivery

• Coordinate with accounts team for vendor payments

• Maintain vendor database (price, delivery time, etc.)

• Monitor stock levels and inform when reordering is needed

• Support in vendor performance checks

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of purchasing / procurement

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel

• ERP knowledge (Tally or SAP) is a plus

• Attention to detail

Qualification:

• MBA or any relevant degree

• Freshers with interest in procurement can apply

• Office-based job (may include warehouse visits)
