Purchase Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Purchase Executive with experience in building or construction materials procurement. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, vendor management, and ensuring timely availability of materials at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle procurement of construction/building materials (cement, steel, tiles, electricals, plumbing, etc.)

• Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency

• Raise purchase orders (POs) and track order status

• Coordinate with site/project teams for material requirements

• Ensure timely delivery and resolve supply-related issues

• Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation

• Monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages or overstocking

Key Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in procurement/purchase, preferably in construction or building materials

• Good knowledge of local suppliers and market rates

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

• Basic understanding of inventory and supply chain processes

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP systems

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
