Job Description – Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.

• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate rates.

• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs).

• Ensure timely procurement of materials as per requirements.

• Follow up on deliveries, quality, and pending orders.

• Maintain purchase records, MIS reports, and vendor documentation.

• Coordinate with Stores, Accounts, Production, and SCM teams.
  

Skills Required

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Vendor management and supplier coordination.

• Knowledge of purchase processes and inventory management.

• Basic knowledge of GST, GST invoices, and e-way bills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/software systems.

• Good follow-up, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  

Preferred Experience: 1–4years in purchase or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing industry.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
