Project Engineer

Job Summary:

Minimum 10 years of expeWe are looking for an accomplished Project Manager with 10 years and above experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion. The role involves overseeing planning, execution, budgeting, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost control across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage projects end-to-end, from project planning to commissioning and handover.

· Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal engineering teams.

· Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and quality to ensure adherence to targets.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.

· Review and approve technical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.

· Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status reports to management.

· Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution.

· Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions proactively.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil or relevant discipline).

· rience as a Project Manager in engineering, manufacturing, EPC, or construction projects.

· Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Proven ability to manage large teams and multi-location projects.

· Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project / Primavera preferred) and MS Office.

· Strong knowledge of quality systems, safety standards, and project controls.

Preferred Attributes:

· PMP / PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.

· Experience handling large-scale or high-value projects.

· Willingness to travel or relocate to Chennai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad as per project needs.
