## Job Description:

We're seeking a Project Development Executive to manage projects from design to dispatch in our solar mounting structures business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fabrication processes and project management principles.

## Key Responsibilities:

- Manage project execution timelines and milestone charts

- Track daily progress across departments (accounts, stores, production, dispatch)

- Coordinate with sales, accounts, procurement, production, and dispatch teams

- Ensure on-time delivery by identifying bottlenecks and coordinating resolutions

- Track raw material availability, fabrication status, and delivery schedule alignment

- Share project status updates with internal teams, senior management, and client-facing teams

- Maintain a strong follow-up culture with a problem-solving mindset

## Requirements:

- B.E/B.Tech degree

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (steel industry preferred)

- Strong understanding of fabrication processes (punching, bending, welding, galvanizing)

- Ability to interpret basic drawings, BOQ, and client specs

- Excellent communication and coordination skills

- Proficient in ERP (Bizsol), Excel, Sheets, or MS Project
