Production Trainee

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join the Production Department. The candidate will assist in daily production activities, ensure smooth operations, maintain quality standards, and support the production team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day production operations on the shop floor

Follow production plans and supervisor instructions

Monitor machines and report any issues immediately

Maintain production records and documentation

Ensure product quality as per company standards

Follow safety rules and company procedures

Support in inventory handling and material movement

Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams when required

Required Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical

Freshers can apply

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of manufacturing/production process

Willingness to learn and work in shifts

Good teamwork and communication skills
