Job Title: Trainee / Production Associate / Machine Operator

• Diploma (Any Technical Stream) - 22500/-

• Any Graduation - 23,000/-

• BE, BTech- 23,000/-

• 10th / 12th Pass - 17350/-Gross Salary

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machines and equipment efficiently

• Ensure quality standards are maintained during production

• Follow safety guidelines and company policies

• Perform basic troubleshooting of machines

• Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the shop floor

• Support team leaders in achieving daily production targets

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing/production processes

• Ability to work in rotational shifts (3 shifts)

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Physically fit for shop floor work

• Basic technical understanding (for Diploma/Degree candidates)

• Discipline and willingness to learn
