Position: Production Supervisor (Contract-Based)

Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA

Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

🎓 Eligibility & Skills

Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical or Chemical Engineering)

Experience: 0 – 1 Year (Freshers welcome!)

Core Skills: Shop floor discipline, Manpower handling, and Lean Manufacturing.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

Leadership: Manage manpower, allocate work, and drive team productivity.

Operational Excellence: Oversee shop floor 5S, safety, and output targets.

Technical Reporting: Maintain SIM, OEE, and MDR reports accurately.

Quality & Training: Evaluate worker performance and ensure zero-defect production.

🕒 Shift & Logistics

Shifts: Rotational Day Shifts (No Night Shifts).

Offs: Rotational Weekly Off.

Important: No Accommodation or Transport provided (Self-commute required).
