Job వివరణ

Supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets.
Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth production flow.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, and food safety standards.
Manage production staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
Ensure product quality by following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor raw material usage and minimize production wastage.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
Maintain production records, batch manufacturing records (BMR), and reports.
Ensure workplace safety and maintain good housekeeping (5S).
Identify production issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
Train operators and production workers on SOPs and safety procedures.
Monitor productivity, downtime, and overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
