Production Supervisor

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team at Saraf Fincom Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹30000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Timings - 9 Am to 9 Pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment

• Assemble, pack and inspect products as per company guidelines

• Maintain records and manage tool room inventory

• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime

• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed

• Collaborate with teams for tool improvements and new mold trials

Job Requirements:

· Maintaining all equipment, machinery & building premises in good condition.

· Take the production plan from the sales and other department and set as per the machine capacity, available raw material and delivery requirement to customer and make the best optimal program to get best production.

· Make understand the production plan to the executive team and issue the raw material and consumable to the execution team.

· Once production get ready update to concern departments with specifying the variation in plan and execution.

· Update to self about the stocks and make sure you have stock for next 10 shifts.

· Listening and understanding the production program in preview to execution of same and take all the information you required to execute program.

· Get issue all the raw material, consumable, tools, arrange manpower to required production execution and handover the all above on completion of the shift.

· Raise requirement, get required goods and resources if any changes you are expecting in future.

· Record production in time and systematic manner and make sure you must not get and deficiency in issue and output.

· Make sure the goods get manufactured as per planning only.

· Sample of raw and produce material to be kept in systematic manner without wastage of goods and time.

· Maintain wastage at defined level and wastage to be mange and keep in systematic manner to get better realization.

· Any kind job work

· Raw &consumables material searching for production

· Manpower management (recruitment of labour and operator).
