We are looking for a Import Export Executive to join our team at Pritam International Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹40000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete import and export operational activities

• Manage and prepare documentation such as:

  • Purchase Orders, Commercial Invoice, Packing List

  • Bill of Lading / Airway Bill

  • Shipping Instructions

  • Certificate of Origin, FTA documents

  • Export/Import Licensing documents

  • LUT/Bond for exports (if applicable)

• Coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, transporters & CHA

• Track shipment status and ensure timely clearance and delivery

• Verify HS Codes, duties, taxes, GST, IGST refunds, and trade compliance

• Maintain records in ICEGATE, DGFT portal for schemes like EPCG, Advance License etc.

• Communicate with overseas suppliers & customers for shipment & documentation

• Prepare MIS reports on shipments, landed costs, claims etc.

• Handle logistics negotiations to optimize freight and cost efficiency

• Ensure adherence to Govt. guidelines (Foreign Trade Policy, Customs Act)

• Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate & Post Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
