Position:
Production Supervisor

Qualification

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

Experience

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience

• Mandatory experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in:

  • Electrical cables

  • Electrical wires

  • Electrical / industrial manufacturing units

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and control daily production activities

• Achieve production targets as per production plan

• Manage manpower allocation and machine operations

• Ensure quality, safety, and production efficiency

• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and stores departments

• Handle shop-floor issues and ensure smooth workflow

• Maintain production records and reports

Shift Duty (Mandatory)

• Candidate must be willing to work in rotational shift duties:

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

  • Night Shift: 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM

Skills Required

• Strong manufacturing process knowledge

• Good team-handling and supervisory skills

• Ability to manage shop-floor operations independently

• First preference for candidates residing near:

  • Savli

  • Karelibaug

  • Nearby surrounding areas
