Job Title-Production Supervisor (Furniture Industry)

Experience Required: 4 to 8 years

Working Location: Mayapuri, New Delhi

Salary: As per market standard

Key Responsibilities:

• Execution of furniture production activities as per production planning

• Monitor the manufacturing process closely at each stage of furniture production

• Efficiently allocate resources including materials, manpower, and equipment to avoid shortage and wastage

• Strong knowledge of solid wood furniture

• Good knowledge of materials such as wood, plywood, veneer, paint, metal, stone, and fabric/polishing

• Ability to understand and work with furniture CAD drawings

• Inter-team coordination including carpentry, upholstery, and painting teams for timely execution and delivery

• Experience in handling labour such as carpenters, sofa makers, and painters

• Supervision of machine area, floor area, and gangway cleaning

• Supervision of fitting and assembly

• Conduct quality checks at:

1. Raw stage

2. Semi-finished stage

3. Final stage

• Furniture shifting and organization

• Floor supervision and management

• Labour handling

• Dispatch and packing management

• Client complaint handling

• Overall production supervision and checking
