We are looking for a Production Supervisor with a B.Sc in Chemistry and 1–2 years of experience in chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing. The role involves supervising daily production activities such as mixing, grinding, batch preparation, and formulation as per standard operating procedures. The candidate will be responsible for production monitoring, ensuring quality through coordination with QC testing, and maintaining accurate documentation including batch records and reports. The position also requires handling production control, managing shop floor operations as an in-charge, allocating labour efficiently, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and GMP guidelines. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is required for reporting and tracking. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage production processes efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
