Position: Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activities and manpower.
Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime.
Maintain product quality standards.
Ensure proper use of raw materials and minimize wastage.
Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, and Store departments.
Prepare daily production and manpower reports.
Train and guide operators and helpers.

Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma / 12th pass
1+ years of production/manufacturing experience.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
